Ringgit opens lower against US dollar on falling oil prices

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 — The ringgit traded lower against the US dollar in the early trading session today on lack of demand due to falling crude oil prices, coupled with China's weaker Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), said an analyst.

Ringgit marginally higher against US dollar on improving oil prices

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 — The ringgit opened marginally higher against the US dollar on Thursday, supported by higher oil prices, with benchmark Brent crude nearing US$60 per barrel, said an analyst.
